We are hiring! The Cumberland Animal Clinic is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, friendly and experienced Client Service Representative to add to our team! Our ideal candidate must have customer service experience and a solid understanding of veterinary services and terminology. Qualified applicants must be committed to our mission of outstanding veterinary care and exceptional service, and be able to demonstrate proficiency in an electronic, paper-light environment. Cornerstone veterinary software experience is highly desirable! This is a fast-paced multi-faceted position that requires the ability to prioritize and focus under pressure while delivering stellar customer service.
