  Marci Jouver, Practice Manager
Marci came to the Cumberland Animal Clinic in 2003. Having grown up in Richmond, Maine she now lives with her husband Mike and son Justin in Lisbon. She attended Southern New Hampshire University graduating with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources. Marci is a member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association as well as a member of the Veterinary Practice Managers Group in southern Maine. Marci enjoys her dog Luke! Marci handles many of the behind the scenes operations and human resources, allowing the doctors to do what they do best!

 

  Janna, LVT, Head Technician

Janna has been with the Cumberland Animal Clinic since 1993. She is a Licensed Veterinary Technician and our Head Technician. Janna is a graduate of South Portland High School.  She then chose to continue her education at the University of Maine Orono where she graduated with a degree in Animal Science. She resides in Cumberland with her husband John and daughter Haley. She has a love of animals and shares her home with her cats Errol, Widgy, Bitty and Neo. Then there is not much sharing with her dogs as they love to take over (and can as they are almost bigger than her)! Mater (Bull Mastiff) and Gunther (Rottweiler) are her big babies and love to play!

 

   Becky, Veterinary Assistant

Becky came to the Cumberland Animal Clinic in 2005 after working at other local veterinary facilities. She is a graduate of Fargus Falls High School in Minnesota.  Becky is a resident of Durham where she lives with her husband Scott and their daughter Taylor. Becky enjoys the outdoors, fishing, snowmobiling and going to their camp in Rangeley. Becky is a cat girl and is mom to Cake, P.I., Shady and Mick.

  Darcey, Veterinary Assistant

Darcey was hired at the Cumberland Animal Clinic in 2005. She is a graduate of Gray New Gloucester High School. Prior to the Cumberland Animal Clinic Darcey had worked in the veterinary industry since 2003. She is currently pursuing a degree in Veterinary Technology at Cedar Valley College. Darcey resides in Cumberland Foreside with her husband, Brian, and daughter Ava. Darcey has a cat Scarlett who she spends lots of time with. She enjoys gardening and being a mom!

 

  Darlene, Veterinary Assistant

Darlene arrived at the Cumberland Animal Clinic in 2005 after relocating from the Bangor area where she had worked as a Veterinary Assistant since 2003. Darlene is a graduate of Jay High School. She continued her education at the University College of Bangor where she obtained her degree in Animal Science in 2005. Darlene is currently preparing to sit for the Maine State Veterinary Technician exam. Darlene lives in Auburn with her handsome son Lucas. She is also a cat lover with furry felines named Stitch and Sally and a wonderful dogs named Holly (Retriever/mix) and Cassie (Retriever/mix).

 

  Holly, LVT

Holly came to us with eight plus years of experience in the veterinary industry. Holly started with the Cumberland Animal Clinic in 2005. She earned a degree in Equine Science from Cazenovia College in New York and has a degree in Veterinary Technology from Cedar Valley College. Holly graduated from Yarmouth High School. Holly became a licensed veterinary technician in July of 2011.  She resides in Yarmouth with her fiancĂ©, Chris and her daughter Elsa. Holly is a true animal lover and has a cat Franklin and three dogs Cypress (Chihuahua/Mix), Vidalia (Terrier/Mix) and Wyatt (Collie/Mix). 

 
  Theresa, LVT

Theresa came to Cumberland Animal Clinic in 2011 after graduating from Bel-Rea Institute of Denver, Colorado.  She received her Veterinary Technician License in July 2011.  Theresa loves the field of veterinary science, returning to her first passion of caring for animals, after serving her country in the military and working as a government contractor. Theresa is a new resident to Maine and spends her free time exploring it either by running or through bicycling.  She is excited to be able to raise her adorable children, Guinness and Reyd, in such a beautiful environment.   They have two guinea pigs that live with them, Ginger and Buu, who squeak a lot and are chubby from all their veggies.

 

  Sonia, Receptionist

Sonia came to the Cumberland Animal Clinic in 2010 from Portland Veterinary Specialists.  She was also a long time employee of the Animal Refuge League.  She brings years of experience to our front desk.  She resides in Falmouth with her husband Tom their daughter Della and their cats Cila, Eight Ball and Ewok, their dog Boone and some feathered friends!
